Hiragana de Asobo
2019
Hiragana de Asobo (ひらがなであそぼ) or ‘Let’s Play with Hiragana’ is a set of five, 3D modelled figurines based on aspects of Japanese culture and hiragana characters. The characters introduce young Australian children to Asian language and culture in a fun and tactile way.
Hiragana de Asobo was my university graduate project. For more information on the exhibition and a feature on my work, see the UOW press release.
